Dr. George Wollman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fordham University in 1976 and graduated with honors from the New England College of Optometry in 1981.

He has served as Director of Optometry for Mobile Health Services in The Hudson Valley and is currently specializing in the advanced contact lens fitting.

In addition to his professional achievements, he also was a contributory author of the Ophthalmic Desk Reference.

Dr. Wollman brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to the staff of The Center for Eye Care and Optical.

'Patients now have more options for their vision correction. As part of a team that can provide all forms of correction from eyeglasses to contact lenses to eye surgery, my goal is to fully explain all options in terms that a patient can easily understand. As a result, anxiety is reduced and visual comfort is improved.'
